Le annotazioni di Lang
Ermanno Lang, owner of a small restructuration-company in the peripherical area of Rome, all of a sudden is becoming aware of the fact that, during the day, one is thinking about quite a lot of things and therefore starts to write it all down.
Lang reflects more or less on everything, on urban peripheries, value of money, martial arts, political debates, parking problems, workers conditions, his adolescent son, the love of women, the life of his prematurely disappeared father, power, psychoanalysis, the pleasure of driving a van. Amidst the rigid constraints of life and every day’s chaos, he gets along with a relaxed couldn’t-care-less attitude, always searching for balances allowing both human coexistence and economic survival. His thoughts are definitely down to earth and do not yield much to those mental contortions intoxicating the existence of others which Lang bumps into encountering a strange neighbor.
